First time printer seeking guidance - Rings

Hi everyone,

So I bought a cheap Monoprice to get started. It’s a fun little toy. I’m looking at printing some rings just to play around with things … what i can’t figure out is how to make sure the rings are the right size using the cura 15.04.2 sw that came with the printer.

Suggestions?
