I am trying to get something printed through #D hubs and here are the file names:

clit-et-bulbes_v2_bicolore.zip.webloc

clit-et-bulbes_v2_bicolore.zip.webloc

They are from a french company, but when I try to arrange for 3 D hub to print, it says my file cannot be accepted due to the file names.

Any thoughts?

Hi Beverly,

We only accept .stl or .obj files on the site, you may need to extract the files before you can upload them.

Thanks, after I wrote I figured out the files had been zipped so I unzipped them and the .stl files were there. I have since ordered my object with one of your printers and look forward to receiving it. Thank you.
