Im having the same problem. My item that im trying to upload is 10 inches but when I upload it turns into 100 inches. I know nothing is wrong with the file because I printed this item before and I made no changes to the file.
check the unit measure selected. Sounds like you have something that should be mm and it is set to cm which would be 10 x bigger.
