The first box that the filament goes through after leaving the reel, makes a grinding noise when it is pushing the filament to the extruder.

Did you try pushing the filament through the hotend by hand? If the extruder can’t push the filament through it might be clogged, or perhaps not hot enough.

Actually the printer works perfectly, except for that NOISE

The noise from inside your 3D printer could be an indication of many things. No doubt the printer works perfect presently, it could turn troublesome in the future. Better consult a technician for the job.

its not on the hot end side, it is where the filament goes through the area directly above the spool

check to see how much filament is left. XYZ has a nasty habbit of compressing the filament to the point where the feeder gear will slip and sooner or later like mine short out the feeder. also don’t try to call them about it they don’t know anything about there own product’s.
