Right nozzle feed motor does not work for either loading or unloading filament. the motor only oscillates back and forth when trying to add/remove the filament or print.
I tried cleaning the feeding system and also factory reset for the printer…didn’t work.
Can you heat the extruder and push filament through by hand? This would verify it isn’t blocked. You need to push on the black lever to release the tension on the roller while you push in the filament
When you say it oscillates back and forth - what exactly do you mean? Can you watch the feed gear go back and forth in direction?
If so then there is a chance it is a stepper driver on the board or a cable.
