I am stuck trying to come up with an equation to accurately calculate the productivity (cm3/hr.)

How about the following:

layer-height x layer-width x printspeed

All in millimeters or mm/s =volume per time in mm3/s

mm3/s / 3,6 = cm3/hr

Does this help? (this equation doesn’t take acceleration and special moves without extrusion or retractions into account)
