Is it possible to make a pip boy from fallout 4 and if so what would be the cost

depends what kind you want. Theres the 3dhubs version Talk Manufacturing | Hubs which would be about 200$ for the large size. Less for smaller sizes i think. Youd need your phone as the screen.

Then theres this one Raspberry Pi Pipboy 3000 MKIV by adafruit - Thingiverse which requires your own raspberry pi and some wiring

I print these for $50 + Shipping for the 100% version because they are fun. They are printed in ABS at the authors recommended 250micron layer height. Talk Manufacturing | Hubs I print the models in your choice of base color (bronze or green usually) and then print the parts in white black and clear based on the photos and provide some spares of the smaller parts in case they are broken during assembly. You just have to follow the link in that post (step 4 I believe) and set your zip code to 49418 you’ll see my hub logo. I adjust the cost after the order is placed and before the customer pays.
