Hi,

It’s my first post on this forum. Normally I like to solve the problem myself, but for this one I need your help. I’ve been trying to solve this problem for more than 2 weeks now. Take note that English is not my first language, so if i’m not clear just tell me.

I uploaded some picture on dropbox:

You can see that the Infill is messy on second bottom layer. On the other model infill is not complete, under extrusion all over the top and small pike all over the side wall. I also included pictures of S3D settings in a subfolder.

Printer: Flashforge Creator pro

The same problem happens on FlashPrint and Simplify3D.
The filament is from Amazon.ca

1.75mm PETG black 1Kg spools from fused filament

I tried to print on both extruder. reduced the speed in half. I tried different temperature from 220C to 250C by 5C increment. cleaned both extruder gears. and I still have this problem. I verified while printing that the extruder had no problem pulling the filament.

So why is this happening? it’s my 5th spool from this supplier, no problem with the 4 other spools.

thanks for your help!

First off, do not go over 230-235 on a stock setup. You will damage the PTFE tubes in the extruder.

You say this is the 5th spool and 4 were ok. Were all 5 the same material?
