I recently had to replace the nozzle for my printer (Wanhao I3 plus with Mk10 extruder)
And since doing this my prints have been getting worse in quality to the pint where they are just throw away’s.
The layers on the models I am making are not bonding properly and are essentially making slinky’s if you pull on them slightly (see Facebook link for images)
I have tried re calibrating the bed, changing the filament and taking the spool off the holder as it was not sitting properly (was resting on the frame and not the spool handle)
Any help with this will be amazing, as this issue could be disastrous as I have a game show in July and no where near enough stock to sell there.
My thanks

You changed the nozzle The resulting prints changed. The most likely culprit is the nozzle. Was it a factory nozzle or knockoff? Same material brass/steel/etc. Same hole size? Did you try going back to the old nozzle or trying a third nozzle?
Also look at the PTFE tube if it is using one. Could be damaged or to long or to short.
Ok I checked the Nozzle, and the nozzles fine, PTFE tubes good too, but it was a full tard moment for me, I ordered the wrong nozzle size (.2) when the original is a .4
So there’s nothing wrong with it but the settings in the software was still printing at .4, so there were .1 gaps between each line.
