Anyone else have/had this problem? Had my unit running for several hours for a print and tried starting a new one with new filament. Noticed that now using the touch screen resets the printer, neither cool or hot is displayed on the screen and neither of the little fans at the extruder are spinning. Contacted Dremel support but are still waiting for a response.

I would turn off the unit from electrical contact (Power and USB) leave for 10 minutes then retry.
It sounds like it could be a hardware problem. I would call Dremel…their “on the phone” support is very good and it’s easier to explain issues over the phone than it is to describe it in writing.
Got it fixed with Dremel help (thank you Peggy!) Reformatted and reinstalling the software on the TF card got the printer back up and running. Next question is what caused it to happen…
