Any events coming up? 3D Hub Event or otherwise?

Hey,

There are a few tags on 3D hubs which you can join which keep updates on events coming up. The talk also has new updates, so it’s good to constantly check there. I’m sure others may know of other sites which can help

@GIFT3D Ah yes I am aware. I have been a member for around 9 months and I follow Atlanta and haven’t seen anything up. I was hoping by tagging the Atlanta Mayor and community that I might hear something.

I’ve found the same problem. My local community doesn’t have any events, but that may because it doesn’t have a mayor. They all seem to be from cities in different countries like Paris and San Diego

Yeah, most I see are New York, California, and Florida if any in the US.

I’m not sure if it’s the same with you, but in annoyed that there isn’t an easy way of finding these events. I think it’s a waste travelling vase distsnces just to spend an hour or two at an event. Although I wouldn’t mind travelling a bit if there were day long events. Do you think it would be a good idea if these events gave videos and information about the event afterwards so that people who couldn’t make the event can learn from it?

I know what you mean! The only event I have seen is is the annual MakerFaire. Everything else is in different states and is at least a 6 hour drive.

Yeah, I live in the UK so most of these events would involve me boarding a flight to get there. And thanks for the upvote.
