I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the different Resins available with how well they act as an electrical insulator. Long story short is that we are building a prototype bobbin for a high voltage transformer and curious on how well the insulation properties of the different resins would be. Would one be better than the other.
Types Available include:
Standard Resin
Tough Resin
Durable Resin
Clear Resin
Rubber Like Resin (Not Practical)
Heat Resistant Resin
Ceramic Filled Resin
Castable Resin (Not Practical)
Dental Resin (Not Practical)
