I thought I’d throw a line out there about being able to edit comments with your customer. Typos inevitably happen and it would be nice to make a touch up after hitting send.

The comments are part of a contract or agreement between the customer and the HUB. The ability to edit a part of that agreement after it was made would cause all sorts of issues.

You do realize you can touch up your message and proofread it before hitting send?

Proofreading? Really, we can do that? Silly me… I must have forgotten that my superhuman proofreading skills are perfect and infallible…

Though I can certainly see your point about the comments being a contract agreement.

Something more useful than snark… I’ve just found this chrome plugin for people whose internal proofreading features are a little buggy: www.Grammarly.com

The proofreading bit did come off snarky. It was more of a that’s your only option type of thing.
