Hi guys.

Ever wanted to eat what you can print?

At the 3dChef we 3d print in Sugar, so now boring sugar cubes are a thing of the past.

We love 3d printing and we love cooking so it was only a matter of time until those two passions were combined and 3dChef was born.

We self-developed a powder based 3D printer which accurately prints water onto a layer of sugar repeatedly via a print-head. The same way a desktop printer prints ink onto paper. In our case our material is sugar and our ink is water. Combining these allows you to create amazing edible designs! The whole process is not dissimilar from making sugar cubes except ours are customizable and printed on demand.

In a production run we can print 42 Marvin’s that are 25mm in height in less than 2 hours. That’s 3 minutes a Marvin.

Sugar is great for custom sugar cubes themed to your Brand for in your tea or coffee.

As a bite sized treat on their own or as a garnish on your other favourite pleasure.

On 3dHubs we are offering or white sugar material to begin with.

Your parts have a build volume of 40x30x30mm per model.

Solid designs or Self-supporting structures work best with a wall thickness of 6mm. We will look at everyone’s designs and comment if we think we can make them. Some things work really well and others don’t. All our edible prints are produced in accordance with food safety standards.

Currently the logistics of our Hub are set to pick up only, however for orders more than 150euro we can deliver within 60km of Tilburg. This includes a radius of Rotterdam, Utrecht, Nijmegen and Antwerp. When orders increase we can add more areas or link with other Hubs for centralized region pick-ups.

International orders can be tricky but doable. We look at these case by case.

We really hope you like what we are creating at 3dChef.
