I have just built my 3d printer and when i connect it to the PC the printer is not recognised and no driver is loaded when i look in device manager i get the following message

Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

More information would help a lot…what kind of printer it is, type of electronics?

But did you installed Arduino IDE?

If yes and still no luck try these drivers:
