I am having trouble with the extrusion stopping mid print. I am using a replicator 2x. The drive gear seems to be cutting through the filament at a certain point and extrusion stops. Does this sound like a nozzle clog problem or a drive gear problem? Any help is appreciated.
@3DGabriele @ do you know what might be the cause of this? Cheers

Saw another thread that listed somebody having the same problem. I tried upping the extruder temp to 235 and that seemed to fix the problem.
Happy to hear this, Zach!
I got the same issue after changing my nozzle. It was caused by my fan which have been mounted in the wrong way (It was not blowing to the extruder).
Solved by reversing my fan.
If you don’t touch your fan, maybe look also to the stepper temperature. The heat is transferred to the filament by the wheel and due to this heat, the filament start to melt and it is smash by the wheel friction.
My 2 cents.

Is there a way to adjust the temperature of the stepper motor?
Some people add heatsink on stepper motor like this :

But if your stepper is getting too hot maybe there is a problem with the stepper itself.
