My printer has started to have issues when printing. It gets halfway through a print and then the filament stops extruding. I have unclogged the stepper motor, removed any blocked filament, reloaded the filament and had it extrude properly, then after about 30 mins of printing it clogs again. Is it a temperature issue - it just started happening this week and before it has been fine. I have recently moved the printer from a cold room to a warmer small room as I had problems getting the PLA to stick but that was sorted. No after about 6 successful prints it has started this clogging thing. It has happened on the last 3 models, starting out fine then eventually failing. I am using Dremel filament so quality should not be an issue, the printer is in a small room which is warm (23C) not hot or cold both fans working fine. Is it the filament being ‘dusty’? and is how do you fix that. Is it too hot or too cold,I have read extra fans to cool the electronics but that seems far fetched given I wear a jumper when I am in the room. Any help gratefully received, I have ordered a new PTFE tube and new nozzles just in case (always needed anyway)
