I find it to be seriously annoying. If i want to make .25/cc in filament getting it to that number involves an annoying amount of trial and error. Same with the shipping cost. I know how much the shipping will cost, let me enter the number and you do your math after. I dont care what 3dhubs wants to add to the price. leave that concern to the customer.

Hey @Annina , I know you’ve already been in contact with @, our Head of Customer Support, but let me address the issue here as well. Basically the reasoning behind the current pricing system is that, as we noticed the customers prefer rounded figures, we took the decision to offer them a more fluent experience on the platform. I understand how this is annoying for you though and, as I’m sure the product team is well aware of that, we’re making it a priority to make things smoother for you guys as well. We’ll keep you posted on any updates on this front. Hope this clarifies things. Cheers
Your support here is great. Thanks for the explanation! I totally understand, especially with a relatively new service like this. I see new changes and features being implemented every week and that’s awesome. It’s understandable that eventually one of them wont be as well received.
