I just realise that the reason why (picture) is happening is due to the spool get stucked during printing, and the material cannot be pulled in during printing. This is due to the bad design of the printer where the spool is rotating horizontally while the materials comes out vertically.
I have tried adjusting the spool to vertically but the design wasn’t very robut so it’s still not great. Does anyone have this problem and how do you solve this?
