i need some help, when i move my head to adjust the base plate it starts to drop down.
When I move my head to the home postion I cannot move the carriages and when i move it down it stays strong and i cannot move it, but when i move it allong the x or y axes it loses and it fals down. do i need to change my current or do I need to change something in the firmware?
when it is at it’s home position it it has 4v when I can move it it has 0,4 volt.
