My davinci jr just arrived today. I loaded the filament as instructed and the temperature rose to ~200c without a problem. Yet, some melted filament is supposed to drip out of the nozzle, which did not happen in my case.

After a few more trials, my extruder could not even heat up and stays at room temperature. I tried to proceed with printing, but the 0011 error kept appearing a few minutes after starting the job.

I know it is not the problem of the temperature sensor, as I tried it with my hairdryer and readings are normal. It’s just that the extruder is simply not heating up.

Can anyone help?
