So after some time the Da Vinci Mini has a issue, it states that the extruder is jammed, but it not the filament is flowing great, so why does it do it, so heres what i have done,

removed filament so i can run print and guess what it stops at exactly the same point every time saying the filament is jammed… now if i print a 40mm heigh ring or a 20mm heigh ring it alway stops around 75% of the way through no matter what i do, and comes up with the error,

has any one else had this ??

Its 24hrs away from going in the bin…

I have spoken with XYZ who are sending a new extruder, but i think that its a software/firmware issue,

Now i have tried printing over wifi and unplugging the USB when printing and exactly the same result every time with out fail… i have rolled but the XYZware to a previous and run the most uptodate , again always the same problem…
