A while ago this part gone broken to on my Da Vinci printer.

I have contacted the support service on www.xyzprinting.com.

I sent them a few pictures of the problem and they have send me some spare parts.

That looks like a pneumatic fitting. You might want to start on E-Bay, just ask for a pneumatic fitting with the thread size.

If you cant find the size it might be possible to get some adapters.

Did you get your part replaced? Because I lost my receipt, XYZ support won’t send me replacements unless I send money in a really inconvenient manner. This has made it really hard to get those replacements, and I’ve basically been taping it together. Recently, however, the second gear like this stopped gripping the tube as well, and now I can’t print at all.
