Customers addresses

I keep noticing that customers addresses are missing the house name or number and I have to request it before shipping. Is there some sort of bug somewhere, or is this just me?

I have not noticed that on my orders.

sometimes I don’t get the full address until after I say that the order is ready for shipping but once I click that it’s always fully there.

Strange, I guess it’s just me. I get the customer name and then the Road name etc, but on the last 3 orders I have had to request the house number. Perhaps it’s just a coincidence.
