Has anyone been able to get ahold of the US customer support? I ordered a Duplicator I3 V2.1 about a month ago. I got an email from customer support that it would be delayed about a week and should have arrived sometime this week.
Well the week has gone by and I customer support hasn’t replied to my emails for at least 5 days now. I have a bunch of projects I need to finish by the end of this month so it’s pretty important I get this soon or else I’ll need to cancel and order one elsewhere but I can’t cancel if customer support isn’t responding.
Just wondering if anyone has had previous experience with this and/or know how I can get ahold of someone.
