Hi, so my customer ordered two prints when she only needed one. How does she or I cancel one of the prints?

If the customer hasn’t paid just change the quantity in the box next to the model. If the customer has already paid just click the help button on the side of the page and let support know. They are fairly quick to fix these sorts of things.
