How do I know if / when 3D Hubs has provided me with a properly spec’d printer?
I submitted a request for a custom Printrbot to match my upgraded size, but have not received confirmation that the request was received. So, will I get an email? notification? will the printer change? be added?
The process is not very clear. Also it would be nice to see what volume/dimensions are assumed by 3DHubs for the printers I have listed so I know if they are correct.

Hi @ehud42, thanks for the feedback - we’ll try to make this process clearer moving forward. To answer your questions, once your submission has been added to our database, you receive an email notifying you so, along with a link to the page so you can verify whether the build size matches your printer.
To know what dimensions we use for your listed printer, all you have to do is search for that printer’s individual page. You could do that via our Printer Index, or by doing a Google search like “3D Hubs Ultimaker 3”. The specs on the printer page match the printer listed on a Hub, so if you check the build volume of the Ultimaker 3, that is the exact build volume listed for all Hubs that own an Ultimaker 3.
I hope that clears things up a bit!

Not to be argumentative, but I think that is incorrect. 3dhubs actually decreases the build volume by (I think) about 10% when customers are looking to have a print done. That is, I use several Flashfoge Pros. But if someone uploads a model that will just fit on my bed, my hub will not show up, to my consternation. I believe 3d hubs has always subtracted some portion from the print volume. Has this changed?
