CTC SD card corruption

I am new to the 3d environment. I purchsed a ctc 3d dual printer, the SD card shows some kind of corruption not allowing me to download required drivers. What can I do to solve this issue?

Contact them, CTC, and see if they have the files available for download. Also, if you haven’t tried already see if the card will work on another PC.

Forgot to say that they should at least be able to send a new card.
