CTC  Problem

hi everyone I’m new in 3d printing and i’ve bought a CTC dual extruder. I can’t print anything… I already try many softwares and all the same problem… the print start well, after printing the raft the other layers don’t match each other =( I don’t know what to do. Any help please? thanks

Thanks for your help, i attached two photos… this happen with all softwares, replicator g, makerbot and simplify3d.

Tha 1º layer of raft print ok, after that the machine appears won own live =P

It looks like your stepper motors are skipping steps. I would go into the firmware of your printer, and up the amperage by about 15-20%. Be sure to stay within the limits of your drivers and the motors that you have. If that does not help, check your linear rails and see if they are wobbly, if they are, tighten them down. Another thing to check is if your belt is not tightened, it might be slipping on your motor pulleys.

OK i already check the linear rails and is ok. The belt is not too much tight … the i tight more de x axis don’t move well. i will try your gestation in firmware . Tsk a lot !
