CTC printer (raft won't come off part)

So here is the thing i just got my CTC printer so i am kinda new to this. I am using makerware (the one that came with the printer 2.4.1) software for printing parametrs adjustment. The problem is that when the part is printed i can’t remove the raft from the part.

Any idea?
