Have a CTC 3D printer and I am going through the learning process with it. Have been able to try a print from the SD card and there is an issue with the extruder jamming / juddering and not extruding.
If I remove the stepper and extrude manually the filament does not jam. If I jog the stepper using the prepare function it is a bit intermittent.
Also, using the move axis function for X, Y Z, I can only get them to move into the end stop, never in the other direction. So I cannot jog the Z axis up for example - most annoying. Are we supposed to be able?

Hi, yes you should be able to jog in any direction
mine does a clicking noise when jogging manually, which doesn’t do when printing, don’t know if it’s normal
