I’ve got a bad fixing block with my new printer and I can’t get the seller to send me a new one. Can the warranty center replace my bad part?

I have contacted them to see if they will support all printers, not just the ones they are selling service plans for. I am awaiting response.

You can still ship to CTC factory for warranty.

I will honor the warranty for UK customers here in the US. However we cannot pay shipping.
