CTC completes about 90% and then stops

Hello,

I have a CTC 3D ptinter. I have given it a few modifications. However, it has a habit of printing over 90% of a print, claiming an error, quit printing and then it returns to its home position. Does anyone know what is wrong? Is it software or hardware problem or both?

I bet a dollar to a dime that it is your SD card. Use a different one, or reformat the one you are using to sdformatter, NOT windows format.

I too had that problem on long prints. I stopt using the ctc supplied sd card, and that fixed it! Cheers

Thanks that helps. How do get the computer to see the printer. Every time I hook the cable up it seems to not see it.
