hello there, im new at 3D printing and i bougth a CTC makerbot (fake) and the first day the printer made some good prints but in the next day start to do bad prints and i discover one problem, the heated bed is curved (almost nothing) so i put a 3mm sheet of glass on top of the heated bed but the printer still making bad prints

(HELP)

What really is wrong with the recent prints? Maybe over extruding a bit but hard to tell from the pic. Best advice - level, level and re-level!!

Also print 2 it looks like it is out of level on the left side. My guess is to high on that side.

What material, slicer, temps etc?

There is another bad print Material-PLA Temperature(extruder)-205 Temperature(heated bead)-75 Infill-55% Software-makeware 2.4

I use glass with painters tape on top. Its a good choice or a big mistake

75 is kind of hot for PLA. You could start there if the room is cold but drop it to 60 or so after the first layer.

Glass is real good once you get it set up. You really don’t need the tape but if it works for you then stick with it.

i use the glass with the tape because if i use only the glass the first layer will not stick to the glass i try to put glue stick but i got the same result

That’s fine. If the first layer is not sticking on glass then the nozzle might be a bit to high or you may need to adjust the first layer height in the slicer.

Anyway, if the tape is working then go with it!

This time I started a print that’s already came in the SD that came with the printer and made this.
i don’t know why its stops extruding randomly
