CTC 3D printer bed lowering

Hello all,

I am having an annoying issue with my new CTC 3D printer. When preforming the levelling bed option the bed keeps dropping. The head moves to the first position then drops 1cm then moves to the second position and drops again. Initially I thought this was a firmware issue and have updated to 7.6. This has not resolved the issue. Any help would be great.
