I just purchased a dx 02 and it stops during 90% of the prints I try. I have tried new sd card, same results. Also it will reverse extrude filament during some prints. Some times all the way out. And during print will move in a strange direction, like all the way to the front or side. thanks and please help

I don’t have a DX02, but I do have a Creatbot DE Plus (the big printer). Have it now for two months and have about 640 hours or printing done with it. Good quality and so far very reliable (longest print of 102 hours straight).
Does the display mention anything. I the Creatbot detects a filament problem, it pauzes the print and rewinds the filament. The display it will say ‘filament error’. I have had this happen when a stonefill filament broke several times and I could resume the print several times without issues.
Also, with the long print, I ran out of filament and stopped. I replaced the roll and continued printing.
Have not seen it say there was an error, it makes a strange sound and out goes the filament, some times all the way, some times it stops before it all comes out. I have informed the company they said that was impossible, need to send them a video but never know when it will happen

What do you mean by ‘makes a strange sound’ ?? What material are your printing with? Temperature? Speed?
make a high squeal sound for 5 seconds, I don’t see any belt trying to turn. then it will either reverse extrude the filament or it will stop printing. We are using PLA speed 40 and temp 210

Ok, material, temp and speed should not be the problem. If you heat up the printhead, can you manually feed the material through without issues? If you feed the filament through with the control panel, does that go without problems? Looks you either have some kind of drivegear problem or there is something not right with the electronics. You printer is still under warranty, so they should fix it.
Yes no problems feeding filament. Really strange how it will reverse extrude all of the filament
