The National Center for State Courts and HackerNest are running an epic, 22-hour hackathon in Salt Lake City. Taking place March 4-5 at Matheson Courthouse, CourtHack is aimed at solving endemic challenges in the court system. It is free to participate ($20 registration fee fully refunded upon arrival) and features substantial cash and non cash prizes, including a $5,500 Grand Prize, a chance to present at the e-Courts Conference in Las Vegas, and lunch with a Supreme Court Justice.

CourtHack’s panel of judges includes Utah State Supreme Court Justice Constandinos Himonas, and TechCrunch Senior Editor Matt Burns.
