i have never printed 3D before, but is it possible to print parts for a Darth Vader costume such as the Chest Armor, Cod Piece, and Skin Guards? I am trying to make a “close to authentic” costume and know nothing about costume design. Also, the costumes are to expensive to buy, I figure it would be cheaper to print pieces I cant make. Thanks.

This is very doable I would recommend you print the skin guards in a rubber like material so it has a tight fit.
Do you already have the 3D files or design?
I do not have any software to create or knowledge of creating 3D files.
