We currently have loaded PLA material into both AA cores for cleaning, however upon testing after loading, the core 1 will extrude while the core 2 will not. The material seems to reach the entrance of the core and stop, being noted as the driving wheel leaves a grinding indentation on the material, which can be seen after it is unloaded. Could this be an issue with the drive assembly or the core?
