Hi Brisbane!
I have been designing a case that has voids for metal screws to be inserted to act as contacts for charging and data input.
Is anyone able to print in a conductive ABS or similar? In an ideal world i’d be interested in designing for and having the parts printed on a dual filament machine so the contacts can be integrated and not combined / inserted later on.
Has anyone been playing with this type of print or is keen to experiment with it?
Once we get the prototype right we will be looking to have a reasonable volume printed to make it worth someone’s while.
Thanks in advance guys!

Hi Adam,
i have a couple of large format dual extruder machines that could help you out. If you want to experiment on this email me at brad@simply3d.com.au and we can go from there.
As an example of some of my work I am in the last stages of 3D printing the interior of a right to left hand drive conversion for a Dodge Challenger hellcat.
Regards,
Brad.
Hi Brad,
Thanks for the reply, I’ll drop you a line tomorrow.
Cheers, Adam
