Hi guys. I own a CR-10 3d printer that I recently bought, less than a month!

I printed with the PLA 1.75 filament that came withe the printer (0.5 kg) many things. Then I changed it to another PLA 1.75 (1kg) and printed a 6hour piece. Here everything was wonderful…

But I was printing another big piece and the extruder motor started “clunking”. It seemed to be jammed because the filament goes in and back as it sounds the “clunk”, so I dismounted the PTFE and the filament and find out that there was a big chunk of plastic inside the sink, near to the hotend. I heated it and managed to pull it out, I cleaned the noozle too, but finally I changed it as I had a new one.

I printed a little boat, 1.5 hours, everthing was fine.

Now I have just tried to print a bigger piece… and again, filament can’t pass, even if I push it.

So I have a non-extruding printer right now, and I don’t know what else can I do.

Everything is, or was, clean and I only was able to print a small piece !

Oh, by the way. I was always printing with a 0.1 layer height. I changed it to 0.2 (noozle is 0.4) and printed one big piece. And there was where it all begin

Well, thanks in advance guys
