New to printing but not complete nube to it. I bought a cheap Chinese auto level sensor and updated the anet board to Marlin. I have printed one thing so far only by luck lol. I am looking for a few ideas on how to get it reliable. I ran the z axis screws manually and leveled the bed so it doesn’t have to do so much work. I have tried to set the sensor to level but am getting crooked prints. I can only do the adjustment manually a little at a time and know there is a better way. HELP!! The biggest question is about the offset in the firmware and how to properly use it I guess? My understanding is it tells the controller how far the hot end is relative to the sensor when it activates. Makes sense but hours a micron at a time to just have the same crooked print? I am out of patience? Any help very appreciated.
