I was wondering if there was a way to change the price of the job after the customer has payed? I had some pretty large delays due to printer troubles, and I promised a 10% discount. For awhile, I saw a box with the price in it, and I could change the amount from there. But, that box is now gone. How could I change the price after the customer? I don’t want to give a promise I can’t fulfill.
