Hey @seimax, it sounds like you’re trying to upload a .zip file. Is that correct?

Try to unzip the file on to the desktop and then upload it. That should work…

But are you uploading the stl from inside the zip?

no, as i said , i’ve tried to upload both the stl file only and a zipped stl file

Ohh ok Sorry. I misunderstood that. Have you tried to put the STL file in meshmixer and exporting it again? (Sometimes it works)

i’ve tried it on sculpteo , and it works, i don’t understand what’s the problem.

could you give me some tips on how to create a proper stl file for upload ?

(i’ve also tried with an obj, don’t work either)

i’ve used netfabb , but not mesh mixer 'gonna try ,thanks for your help
