Hello,

I’m new to 3D Hubs and I wanted to list my printer on this site. However I cannot upload a header and therefore cannot list my printer. I keep getting the error that my image is too small, eventhough I went from 1100x300 all the way up to 8800x2400.

I have seen that many people have/had this problem, but I could not find any solution to this?

Hey Ruben,

Looks like you have a header now. Is it the correct one and working for you now?

I decided to try again this morning and it worked first try. Don’t know what exactly happened, but the problem is solved.
