I have 3 model buses now. Idea has changed. It is now two heavy duty PM.003 wet filter vacuums with an intake, rain sensor and electric requirment synchronisiation for the bus.

Incidentially Factory Emission scrubbers for CO2, V.O.C.'s, Plastic Moulding, Sulphur and loads of other pollutants are available which is long overdue and are great value and Corporate Socially Responsible.

Basically can someone print this with a hinge to look at components? Will be adding solar roof sticker and do not use drugs message with stickers.

3 Units of 3d part measuring 42mm*20mm*20mm with legs.

Will upload picture tomorrow…

Hi,

if you could upload 3d file will be easier to look and assess is the part printable.

Hey @environsapien, as @nicinski mentioned, the best way to do this is upload your file(s) at Online 3D Printing Service | Instant 3D Printing Quotes | Hubs, choose a material, fill in your location and this will result in a list of Hubs closer to your location that can help with the print job. Hope this helps!

I can only pencil the images on paper. Can travel in Ireland or post. Thanks

i can assist you on this if on this details on this model are not smaller than .4mm

How much damage will it do to my wallet?

If you have model just upload this to my hub chose material and you get quotation instantly.

if you require modeling as well i need to see some sketch

Firstly I must inspect the vacuum itself then I’ll start drawing on grid sheet soon. So you can CAD the drawing? How much? Thanks Nicinski.

Peter,

price is depend on how complex is

design. Could be 10, 100 or more.

Soon you will have some concept

we can agree price.

best regards,

Tomasz

Haigh Tomaz,

I have the concept.

I will start penciling the drawings again tomorrow

following evaluation of nilfisk 550 heavy duty vacuum.

Go raibh maith agut,

Peadar

I can do this for you. Also, if you don’t have the .STL file of the parts, I can also model it.

Let me know.

Alright Joseph. I think the 3 lurved intakes would be widely swept and have closeable ducts for the precipation in order to gather Particulate Matter 10 and PM2.5 on the roof of the city bus. I have to do more development with the appropriate vacs specifications or have a friendly adhesive sheet on rollers. When the bus moves at 27kph (average city kph for a Bus) it doesn’t need a vacuum running. So when the Bus is stopped or brakeing the system is on except in the rain.

I have 3 Chinese model buses that are the same and two big US Buses. I don’t think there is any demand for my invention in the USA. One or Two finished model smog scrubber will definately be sent to byd.

Can anyone draw a picture of this on sketchup or autodesk or 3d print. Solar Roof, do not use drugs message on both sides 3 lurved intakes being frontal and two horizontal from a point plus treated air out the back.

Incidentially

Neoprene is a bad material for cycling masks, it should be organic cotton with filters.

Dioxins are a carcinogen to creatures lungs and in farmland and the built environment. Why do they build and intend to build incinerators near cities? Best to not use it at all, reduce, reuse, recycle, compost.
