Hey guys, I hope you all had a great Christmas and new year.

I have a problem. When trying to delete a printer that I no longer have it says that I have active orders and can’t delete the printer due to that.

Does anyone have or had the same problem? And if so how did you fix it?

I didn’t email them yet no. It says I have active orders but all my orders show as completed…

email them is the only option

you could end up spending more time figuring whats wrong than letting them handle it

as a temp fix you could just create a new printer and take the other offline

Yeah I wanted to delete the printer because I sold it and got a new one (one that I already have online) :slight_smile: But I’ll contact them. Thanks

As mentioned below, you could create a different printer and simply take the other one offline. This would act the same way as deleting the printer. However, if you truly wanted to delete your printer, you would probably have to email 3D Hubs support (support@3dhubs.com) to fix the issue. That’s pretty much the only work around to this problem that I can think of.

putting it offline will work here&now, people will not see it and can’t use it to place orders

then it does not matter how long support takes to figure it out
