Hi there!

I have some repeat customers who will send me files for a new print job, attached to an order that was already completed. Is there anyway I can generate an order for them and they just have to pay? Or do I have to wait until they send an inquiry/start an order themselves?

You cannot start and order for a customer. I am pretty sure, having gone through this awhile ago.

Have the customer create an enquiry. This is the least effort on the customer.

You can then upload the files and create the order from there.
