Hello all, I am having a problem with the build plate.Upon initial startup of my ctc 3d printer the build plate shows a temperature of 138 degrees celsius, but the plate does not heat up.The connector is showing some burning on the first two plugs. I took an ohm reading to make sure the hold down bolts are not shorting out the plate. I did notice that the power and heat plugs are shorting out. Is this normal for those two plugs ( first two plug pins ). Thank you all for any advise or help!!

Hopefully the pictures will illustrate what is going on and that you might be able to advise. Thanks for the help.

Is this a heated build plate issue or is it the mother board?
