I found a bug which is displaying material colors only found on a disabled printer. This could lead to a customer placing an order for a material color that is only assigned to an offline printer and an unfair decline on our part.
I have a special material color called “San Diego Robotics Club” which is reserved for a special project I help with for a local club and is only on one printer, which is disabled. I currently have the printer offline in my settings for over 24 hours. If you go to “Start a 3D print”, upload model, choose PLA or whatever, find your hub (my hub in my case) and click “See all materials, colors and layer heights”, the color that is only on the offline printer shows up, along with it’s pricing.
This is very bad because the rate I charge on that material is very cheap to help out the members of the robotics club, but it is being translated into other printers that are online somehow via this page.
